Everbloom’s outdoor therapy sessions are play-based and child-led. Play is a child’s primary occupation and it makes therapy fun and engaging. Occupational therapists are experts in adapting play to fit a child’s goals. The play opportunities during a session will be intentionally chosen and adapted on a minute by minute basis to ensure sessions are filled with opportunities for learning and growth.

There’s no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing. Children are taught to dress for the weather so that they can have fun even in the rain and snow! The exception is dangerous weather (i.e. high winds, thunderstorms, and extreme temperatures) in which case there is an indoor space that has all amenities. Cancelled programs will be rescheduled.

We aim to keep sessions as consistent as possible to support goal attainment, however, we recognize that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may need to be adjusted occasionally.
We can accommodate 1 changed appointment. Any further missed sessions will not be eligible for a refund. The session will be taken from the bundle holder and will count towards your 8 individual therapy sessions.
Please email if there are extenuating circumstances.

Ages 4+: Parents are not required to stay for the session; It is up to the family's discretion whether or not they will participate with their child in the in-person therapy sessions. Parents will remain informed through weekly updates, resource sharing, and an end-of-block summary report or phone call.

If you would like Everbloom to collaborate with your child’s team at school or in the community, we recommend purchasing the Standard Bundle. The Standard Bundle offers written session summary notes as well as an end of block report for families to share with teachers and/or allied professionals.
